BOOM! {Happy 4th!!}

As you can tell, I am desperately trying to get caught up with posts! I’m going all the way back to the 4th of July on this one!!

The night before the 4th, Chris let the kiddos play with some fireworks in the backyard. Ethan loved the smoke bombs! The entire backyard was full of smoke!!

             

             

Where’s Ethan????! Look at that face though, he had a blast!

Next up were the super long sparklers that Chris found! Big hit!

     

Finally, they got out the waterfalls. As you can see, Ethan lost most of his clothes along the way! ha! That’s just Ethan.. the less clothing, the better!

      

      

      

I swear he’s going to grow up to be a pyro! ha!

On the 4th, we spent most of the day getting supplies ready for Gray’s birthday party and doing chores around the house. When evening rolled around, we headed to down the road to Germantown to watch the firework show! It was wonderful!! We had a great time hanging out with Grams and the kids.

      

Sweet kiddos got to run around and play!

   

Gray had so much fun roaming around and playing with the wagon.

   

      

      

Around 9:15, they starting shooting the fireworks. It was a great show and they kids loved watching them!

      

I was worried how Gray would react to them, but surprisingly he loved them!

We had a GREAT 4th of July!!! It was hard to believe that a just a year ago, I was doing laps around the block and everything else I could think of to make Gray come!!! What a difference a year makes! :) Now we are geared up for even more patriotic fun in watching the Olympics! GO USA!
